What is Aromatherapy?


Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils in a positive way to maintain good health and revitalise the body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy can be used for many ailments such as insomnia, anxiety, PMS, aching muscles, dpression, stress, restlessness and many other ailments.

Massage treatments can be used for either, uplifting, relaxing, stress relieving, muscular, earthing, balancing, memory enhancement, sensual, just to mention a few. Each treatment is unique and individual to the needs of the client.


Aromatherapy Facial Massage takes about 20 minutes extra and is a very relaxing and soothing experience, and one that must be tried to believe.
